Eric is the best trainer I have ever come in contact with. He's accommodating, knowledgeable and pretty bad ass. He knows his stuff. Whether you're looking to loose weight, gain weight, get in shape or anything in between Eric is your guy!!! He's always gotten me into shape and helped me maintain!! I started working with Kyle in August of 2015. I was 5 months out from having undergone the gastric sleeve to help better control an endocrine disease that I have. I was 325 pounds before surgery and am now 230lbs. By the time I began working with Kyle, I had already lost 40 pounds. The trainer that I was with had to leave which is how I met Kyle. He was new to the gym so I was one of his first clients. Little did we both realize what kind of journey we were beginning. I trained with him 2 days a week for the next 11 months. Each week he would increase the amount of work I would do. One thing I love about working with Kyle is how he would take my personal situation into account and never treat me as just another client. He knew how far to push me and when it was time to step back and reorganize our workouts. He has a way of holding you accountable but not make you feel like a horrible person if you slip up or don't follow through. Having broken my back in 2009, we would run into injuries at times, and he would just revamp the workouts and help me get past the injury. He also helped to show me the proper way to do different exercises to avoid those injuries! I can now Deadlift 245lbs, Squat 155lbs, and Bench 100lbs! I have lost 100lbs since I began my journey in 2015 and just had skin removal surgery from that weight loss. I have gone from lowering my weight to watching weight gain from muscle growth! After I quit training one on one with Kyle he still stayed in contact with me. At anytime I can call or text him to ask about nutrition or making a new move with training. This man has shown me the world of exercise and now I’m addicted! I crave the gym and my next work out. When it comes to learning, he is your man! He will teach you anything you ask.
Lauren is NOT your average trainer. I have come across TOO MANY that focus on weight loss "I can get you down to 115". Lauren focuses on you getting stronger, eating right, and exercising regular, the rest falls into place. She is very motivating and encouraging, and will kick your @ss, but in a good way! Love her!
I watched Erica lose a lot of weight and get in shape herself over a couple of years. She brings that heart to every training session I've had with her. She's gotten me going again after a medical disaster with carefully chosen workout s. I will stay with her as a trainer for a long time.
I had the experience of taking one of Derrick's boot camps and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer. We always did new and different exercises so the class was never boring. He always incorporated a full body work out which was what I was looking for. He's a great motivator and he will get you the results you are looking for.
I take part in Amanda's Bootcamp classes 3 times a week in the morning and they have been awesome. I am a ex football player and used to only train using heavy weights at my own pace. Taking part in her boot-camps have opened my eyes to a new style of training and being in shape. Great Attitude, Great Personality, & she is very educated in health and fitness. A+++
Doug is a trainer I seemed out due to having similar back stories ofbeing bigger guys. He lost a massive amount of weight and kept it off. Doug is someone who can relate to the big guy/girl in the gym as he was one... He is also someone who has kept it off for many years which shows me he knows what he is doing. This is why I choose him. Now, working out with Doug has been a good experience with all his measurements and tracking programs which help / force you to be held accountable. He is not afraid to push me and get that extra rep or that extra 5lbs to help me sweat just one more drop to get me to my goals. Very supportive outside the gym as well.
I've been working with Chris for about 6 months now. I started out in group classes, then did private sessions and now am really enjoying his Boot Camp sessions. I honestly really hated everything about working out at first. It was a necessary evil and I simply forced myself to buy sessions with a trainer just so I'd have an appointment to get to the gym. Thanks in large part to Chris' encouragement and training style, I have a totally new outlook on working out. I find myself making time to workout, whereas before I'd have sworn there were simply not enough hours in the day. Thanks to his nutritional guidance I have learned how to fuel my workouts and how much in the way of calories / protein I should be eating daily as well as helpful suggestions to 'eat this, not that'. I am down almost 20 lbs in just a few short months! I also had significant knee pain when I started working out and now I sometimes forget which knee is my 'bad' knee. Chris has great knowledge of anatomy and proper form during exercise movements which has helped prevent any new injuries and alleviated pain in my knee. I have worked with other trainers in the past; it always seemed like a waste of time or an exercise in frustration. Chris has never missed a session or been late, and is always pushing me to increase the intensity of my workouts. You can tell he really loves what he does and his enthusiasm has a way of rubbing off on you - even at a 6:00 am Boot Camp! He is definitely not a passive rep counter! You will be challenged. Sometimes I think he cares more about the goals I've set for myself than I do. He is rather stubborn in his pursuit of his clients' fitness goals and despite all my protests and attempts to bargain down the dumbbell's weight or number of reps, I rarely am able to get away with such ploys. I am grateful for his relentless nature as I do feel so much stronger and more energetic in my daily life.
It has been Great working with Betsy.I have learned many things on how our bodies react to exercise , what works and what doesn't as well as better nutrition to compliment the work out.I have had great results in weight loss and learned much about healthier living. I would highly recommend her program.
I attended the 5:45am boot camp. It was a perfect fit for my life. It was intense and I saw results quickly. Michele is knowledgeable and creative. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get in shape, lose weight, or even if your already fit there are so many levels you can take it to!!!!
He is OUTSTANDING as a personal trainer. He has a multi-disciplinary approach to his training: exercise, diet, psychology, etc. I'm impressed with him in the short time we've collaborated. I can't wait to show off my results in the future.
I started working out with Mike in 2013 when I was 203 lbs. and miserable. I ride and show horses, so having extra weight on me was making me not fit into my show clothes or be able to train these horses to jump. I only wore yoga pants because jeans didn't fit anymore. I am so happy I went to Mike for training. He is non-judgemental and above all safe. I got a goal, a plan, and results. So far I have lost 33 pounds and I feel so much better. The workouts are custom made to what I can handle. There are many times to choose from so my workouts are on my schedule. I enjoy the people I work out with and again the workouts are safe and effective.
Met with Brian for our initial introduction, very professional instructor / trainer... Had a great session and arranged for further training. The location is easy access and has everything needed for intense workouts. Brian is the type that will motivate you and push you for maximum results. After a daunting high-risk pregnancy with twins (including 4 months of bed rest and a post-delivery surgery), I was looking for something that was fun and would help me get back into shape. I started taking Tate's kickboxing class in December 2013. I immediately fell in love! I was pretty weak at first (couldn't even do a sit up!), which was highly discouraging for me (I had always been pretty athletic). Tate helped me push through with lots of encouragement. I completely stepped out of my comfort zone and started Muay Thai personal training in August 2015. Since then, I've never looked back! Coach Tate is phenomenal at what he does. He crafts the perfect training sessions...a nice blend of cardio, core, strength, and drilling appropriate technique; his workouts are tough, yet I always feel a sense of accomplishment when finished. I HIGHLY recommend Coach's boot camp classes, or personal training for those who want to take their fitness and mental toughness to the next level.
I am a third year member of Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp--and it has been a life-changing experience for me to have worked out in boot camp thus far. I have managed to keep off some weight (in spite of my undisciplined eating!). More importantly, I've dropped 100 points in my bad cholesterol, become stronger and healthier, and would no longer dream of having a day pass by without my workout. Trisha DeHall, the commander in chief, is a stickler and you don't mess with her. She demands results and therefore you have to give it to her. I could not have done it without her or her challenging workouts.
I have also been part of Rachelle's Body Sculpt Boot Camp for over a year. Over this amount of time she has tailored our workouts to continue to be challenging, as well as modifying for the newcomers. She connects with her clients on a personal and professional level and I know she would make a great personal trainer. I was fortunate to have a one-on-one session once with her and it was an excellent workout. I am completely thrilled with my results. I've lost 20lbs of fat and have gained noticeable muscle definition. I started by using 5lb weights and have moved up to 12lb weights for most exercises. So whether you choose to work with Rachelle in a group setting or by personal training, you won't be disappointed.
