Paul has been a CPA since 1976 and works with a variety of owner-managed businesses to improve the bottom line and minimize taxes. He prepares and e-files all corporate and individual federal, state and local tax returns. We offer flat monthly or quarterly fees and do not charge for routine phone calls.

I have found Paul to be honest and ethical as well and deliver quality services in both accounting and taxation. I have been working with Paul as my CPA for the past 3 years. He has been doing my office accounting as well as my personal income tax returns. It was his suggestion that I change my dental practice from a sole propietor to a corporation which has reduced my tax liability. I have always found Paul to be honest, fair and very easy to run ideas past. He has provided several forms for me to make my payroll and other accounting services as easy as possible. I would highly reccomend Paul to anyone needing accounting or just tax preparation service.

Horrible Experience with using Paul this past tax year. He has prepared my last 5 years of returns, had some errors that had to be fixed in years prior to this last one. Then he made a huge error and did not submit my return to the IRS by April 15th, and I cannot get him to talk about what happened. Very unprofessional and no one should consider using him to prepare their tax forms ever, the risks to the individual that he will not follow through with his commitments is too great. Scott W.

Ask to meet the staff who will actually be working with your business or on your tax returns. Make sure the staff person can represent you before the IRS and State taxing authorities. Ask about previous experience with similar clients.
