You get what you pay for. Quality of parts installed: decent. Quality of work completed: not acceptable. I received a quote from precision and even though they were steeper on the price I guarantee my brackets would at least be straight and I wouldn't have two holes and screws sticking out that are visible from the outside of my garage. We have been remodeling our house and this was on the list of things we didn't want to tackle ourselves. I wish I would have done it myself after the technician left our house. The electric isn't even ran properly and it would not pass any inspection due to the fact it's being powered by an extension cord. I have spoke with Mike on the phone within an hour of the job being completed and expressed my feelings over the issue and he seemed to care less, saying "that's not my problem". I would at least expect a personal visit to inspect the work his "sub" contractor completed. I am out money and left with shotty work that is going to need further repair and adjustment. Word of advice before dropping 650+ dollars on garage repairs do your research and pay for a reputable company that backs up their work.

Buyers be aware, this company should not be in business, two of his salesmen came together and we signed an agreement to replace my garage door for $2000, and they took $600 deposit. On the installation day the owner Mike Sheppard called me and asked me to pay $3000, he said this deal is too cheap and he won't do it!! I told him we had an agreement, And a signed invoice. I gave my commitment by putting $600 deposit!! I told Mike I will be sharing his shady business practices online and he said, He won't give me back my deposit and will make up a lie and say I cancelled my order!! He even said he pays for online reviews and he can remove any bad reviews!! I have filled a case with the the better business bureau and the Ohio attorney general Office365. Don't do business with this shady company, you will waste your time and money. Mike's Garage Door Repair LLC and the company owner (Mike Sheppard) are scammers, dishonest, shady and thieves!! Go with a different company that stand behind and take pride of their work because Mike garage will NOT!!

Called on a Sunday same day service for a garage door ready to break apart. You can tell Mike knows what he is doing and my door was repaired and refreshed in one hour. Very happy!

Called Mike on a Sunday, explained my car was trapped in garage. He came right away, price was very reasonable and repair was completed in 20 minutes. Service was excellent, I would highly recommend!
