- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 service calls in the greater Canton area. If your appliance is not repairable then we just charge a $80 service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, We set up an appointment that is convenient for the customer. When we arrange a date we get the info for the repair that we will need. We will need your contact info (phone number & email), address, make and model of the appliance we will be repairing, and the basic symptoms (also any trouble code it may have on the display. With this info we can typically repair your appliance in one trip. In the event that we order parts and return to install them later, you are not charged an additional service fee.
