Chef Z was very easy to work with in planning. He had excellent suggestions and communication was excellent. He is most professional and was easy to reach with questions. He offered excellent value with several options in food and service. We had a dinner of 88 people. He and an assistant arrived exactly on time and the food was excellent and he provided all services he advertised. We would be happy to work with chef Z again and look forward to another opportunity. Chef Z was flexible, professional and very affordable. The food was high quality - pork loin, roasted chicken, herbed potatoes - and super affordable. In fact Chef Z was the lowest quote I could find and was the most open and honest from the beginning about pricing. Also he was super flexible when the day before the wedding my venue's HVAC went down and we had to relocate to a new venue that didnt have a kitchen. I have 25 years experience and have worked at notable restaurants. I love catering and working directly with the client. I will customize any menu to your likeing and save you alot of money. When you rent a hall, you have to use their caterer. Thats where you get high-prices. If you can find a hall that allows outside caterers, you can save a bundle.
