I was referred to Susan by a trusted friend to design and construct my website and business cards. I was very pleased. She was fun to work with, designed my website (go see it at donallenphd.com), and did a lot of little things that I did not expect to make it better. For example check out the app that directs people to my office. I will continue to use her when I need to grow my website and design pamphlets, etc. I have already referred her business.

I first met with Susan in mid January, to see if working with her would be a good fit. I am very happy I made the decision to have Susan (Focused on Content) create a website for my photography. It went "live" on February 27, and I received great feedback from my clients and friends. She was able to match the site to my business cards and create a very professional looking website for my business. Susan kept me up to date on the progress, giving me options on how the site will look and what features I would like to use. Her marketing background was a plus, and I intend to have her assist me with a blog and a newsletter in the next couple of weeks. I also intend to use her input in creating an online store (via my web page) to sell my work. I hope to have this section complete in the next 6 weeks or so. Susan is a total professional, trustworthy, easy going and fun to work with. I highly recommend Susan Yingling of Focused on Content.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently rebuilt a website for a client who was unhappy with their previous web developer. They wanted someone who actually knew how to communicate often and someone who could build a website that they would be able to manage easily. Their previous site was developed with a program that was too complicated for the every day person to manage. They love their new site and love the fact that I stayed in touch with them every step of the way. Because of this project, they want me to work on other marketing projects! So excited!
