Curtis was extremely helpful and responsive once I submitted my proposal through Thumbtack. He got me on the books within a day of the initial request, and answered all of my questions in a very kind and friendly manner. Nathan showed up within the provided time window and was able to get up into our garage attic space to seal off all potential access points where the birds were nesting and entering the home. He was thorough and helpful, and recommended great solutions for keeping birds out in the long run. I will definitely reach out to Swat if and when we run into a pest situation again.

I contacted Swat Pest Solutions when I had a mysterious noise coming from my attic. They were able to come out the next day and address the problem, and did a complimentary follow up appointment 2 weeks later to make sure everything was taken care of. I had called around to 3 or 4 other companies before I found Swat Pest. Nobody else wanted to give me a price up front, and the ones that did were outrageous. Swat Pest Solutions was upfront with their pricing, and a fraction of what the other companies quoted me. Would definitely recommend
