My wife and I have been using Matt as our personal trainer for several weeks. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability as a physical coach, but even more impressed at the personal interest he takes and helping each of us reach our goals. Matt is genuinely caring and concerned about our health and each of our objectives, and has designed programs tailored to our individual needs. He knows when to push and when not to overdo it, leading us to the results we are looking for. I originally chose Matt over several other trainers online because of his personal follow-up. He is always early for our appointments, and is unfailingly upbeat and encouraging. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who is serious about their health.

I've worked off and on win various trainers over the last 6 years both one on one and in a group setting, for everything from weight loss to strength training. I can say hands down that Joe is the best trainer I have ever seen or worked with. Besides being stronger than I have ever been and in better shape, he as helped me with working on rehabbing my shoulders as well as pointing out weak muscles that I compensate for. Tifiro has been my trainer for over 4 years and it has been awesome experience. He promotes living a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition plan and a hard workout. At the gym he always make sure you perfect your technique when working out. His pleasant personality makes your hard workout fun. As I gained strength and built endurance Adam modified my workout plan to include different exercises for days I planned to be in the gym on my own. I started working out with Nate in 2016, when he was offering a special 6-week fall fitness program and decided to continue working out with him. I really enjoy the workouts, which he crafts daily, because they are diverse and work every muscle group. The workouts can be as challenging as you can handle, and he gives alternative exercises, in case there is a physical issue or you're just starting out. The groups are very mixed with advanced people and beginners, like me, and everyone is very friendly and supportive. Whatever your goal is--weight loss, weight gain, toning, general fitness, etc.--Nate has a workout for you. He also has personal training classes, if you like the intimate setting.

Adrianne is a wonderful personal trainer! She is a very good listener so she know what matters to me the most and what my focus areas are. Also, she cares about my progress and is very supportive and encouraging during workouts and in between. It's always a blast when I workout with her! I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!
