We have been working with Level 33 graphics for our wedding invitations and if has been an absolutely worse experience in my life. They are very unprofessional we sent several emails with examples of wedding invites we were interested in and after never responding we called they and they never called us back then we went to the shop and there was a note stating they were closed from Thursday to Monday never telling us when we called and left several message with Brandon.There was a number on the typed letter and after calling that number Joe he stated he would have a sample of our invitations done Friday and if we approved he could print them off and we could pick them up. But the problem we yet to recieve any email or call regrading our invitations and they needed to be sent out by this week 6/10/16... Its so unfortunate because we thought they would be good they seem so professional at the bridal show now we have to find someone else and we are very upset they wasted our time.
