I was able to get in contact very quickly with Shanna. I sent over my information and was given a timeframe to which my resume and 2 covers later would be completed. I believe I asked for help with my resume Saturday and Sunday both my cover letters and resume was completed. Shanna was awesome with staying in contact with me and making last minute changes to my resume. I feel much more confident when applying to jobs now. My old resume was a hot mess and Shanna did a great job cleaning up my resume and showing me what my cover letters should look like. I am very confident in her work especially since she works in HR and knows personally what recruiters want to see. I was also able to ask for personal advice which helped me in so many ways. I have now been on my job for 3 weeks and I am sure it had much to do with my new resume. I highly recommend Rachel !! I have used her experience and skill multiple times. The first time was for my original resume in English (from Italian).
