FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on being fair and competitive. We aren't looking to break your budget and are often willing to work with you within reason, with most budgets. Videography is often overlooked in favor of photography (we do both), and we often find ourselves being phased in towards the end of most budgets. Filming a wedding is not just about capturing images. A wedding film will contain audio and visual moving memories that photographs just simply cannot capture and express. This will enable you to relive your special day as if you were there all over again for many years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start out with an initial phone conversation, so that we can get to know you & you can get to know us. If your local or within a 50 mile radius, we will often meet face to face in lieu of a phone conversation or we can set up a zoom meeting. We are listeners, and we focus on you and your desires & needs, so that we can customize a plan to fulfill your and our goals. We aren't focused on selling and up selling. We focus on you the prospective client and once we understand everything, we then discuss our plan of action, style etc, to make capturing your day a nice and smooth and memorable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main Videographer and Photographer are both founders of EIF and both have over 10 years of experience. Our videographer has established an extensive network of highly professional mentors throughout the United States. We to date have done over 120 weddings and work with several corporate clients. The other Founder of EIF has well over 20 years of business experience and is a photographer as well as an assistant videographer as well. He Majored in Communications and Mass Media at the University of Akron.
