Patituce & Associates are GREAT! They are fair, honest and I recommend them to everyone I know. I never feel they are just trying to take my money or are leading me down the wrong path. Mr. Patituce will tell you your options and what all the possible outcomes could be good or bad. Everyone in the office are always very responsive to any question or concern regardless of how bog or small.

110% TERRIBLE Lawyer!! Impossible to get a hold of after he took my initial $5000 and finally contacted me after postponing my court dates 5 times, to say he needed more money to continue! Then basically SOLD me out!! Lied in court to the Judge, stating he never could contact my counselor... And NOT one time did he ever try to sit down with me and discuss my options for my case other then to have his assistance call me to tell me when I needed to be in court and that even got screwed up twice, as I almost got my bond revoked because I missed court!!! The worse Lawyer in the State of Ohio!!! Final Grade: F-

A slimeball. Hired for drugs. Of course he says he's an ex-prosecutor and knows the tricks. He is a bag of dirty tricks ti his clients and everyone. will step on you to get to where he wants. don't use him. he'll take your money and run. zero star rating.

Joe is so dishonest. All he cares about is the mighty dollar and nothing else. True, he is a bag of tricks. He tricked me all the way. Shame on the legal profession if it has such lawyers. Many of my friends believe alike.

Joe Patituce was a great help. I hired him to handle a criminal case, unlike several other attorneys that I spoke to the first words out of his mouth were not about money. My case was dismissed.
