- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my massage services and prices can be found on our website. There is no need for membership to get great pricing. My services range from 39+tax to 99+tax depending on the service request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the massage session, there is a brief meet and greet where I acquire a basic health screening to rule out any contraindications for massage. I ask the client to elaborate on their areas of concern and customize each session accordingly. My findings are discussed after the session and advice is given that is within my scope of practice. I will call 1-3 days post massage to see how the is doing and to schedule the next appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in applied science that specializes in electroneurodiagnostics and acquired my diploma for massage therapy from The Cleveland Institute for Medical Massage.
