Very friendly rep came and quoted our job. We awarded them and scheduled the job. On the start day at about 2pm when they did not arrive, the rep answered my text by saying they misquoted the job and needed 40% more in order to do the work. This cost me critical time and money. This organization needs to develop professionalism in order to be reliable and successful.

This review is 100% accurate of how the situation unfolded over the past 7 days. We are handling this internally with the rep and transitioning him to another role. We have also updated our software with added guardrails so we can handle this as a company before the rep leaves the property. Rick, we truly apologize for this but know we’ve taken steps to ensure this never happens again.

A two day painting job is now 17 days and still not complete. The painting itself took 10 days to complete. Paint was spilled in the driveway, tape was left on the house, when painting the shutters a significant amount of overspray of paint got onto siding of the house. We have now been waiting for over a week to have the issues corrected. The only communication has been when I have reached out to the company. It is 10:42 am currently, I was told yesterday that the owner would be here between 07:30 -08:30 am to complete the cleaning. I have messaged the company and have received no response
