Its a great pleasure to recommend John Drumm. I have been working out with him for almost a year now. With Johns assistance, I set realistic goals about physical training right from the beginning. Being a medical doctor by profession and a man of integrity, I knew that I had to be in decent shape to set an example for my patients before I could recommend that they stay physically fit. When I met John I told him that my goal was to look healthy and lean. I needed to be able to do a quick and effective workout, as I knew I could not spend hours in the gym. Although I have had to miss various sessions because of my rigorous work schedule, I have made sure to work out a minimum of once a week with John. It has been an amazing experience, as John is constantly motivating me to do my best. He is very determined to help me in reaching my goals. The added bonus over this past year is that we have become close friends. John really cares about his clients as people, and we always spend time chatting between workouts. I have no doubts about recommending him as a personal trainer. As a doctor, I understand that staying healthy and physically fit is a long-term goal. I also know the importance of working with a personal trainer to achieve these goals. I can think of no better trainer to work with than John.

I've been working with Ben for over 6 months and can say that he is the best trainer I've ever worked with. I do the online training and we also meet in person once per week. He's not only very professional and knowledgeable, but he's a really great person. The workouts are just the right level of difficulty and he makes them fun as well. I was recovering from ACL surgery and he was able to get me back into running. I think the nutrition part has been fantastic too- I have learned so much about eating right and losing weight. I've made amazing progress, but I still have more I'd like to change. I know that I will get there by continuing to work with Ben! I highly recommend him!!
I have been working out with Summer and her staff since 2007 and have never considered training at another gym since. I have participated in group training and bootcamp classes. The trainers i have worked with are qualified, personable and encouraging. I have never had a workout that was not challenging and enjoyable. I have never had a boring workout. Even after 7 years, the trainers still find new ways to get the job done. I especially appreciate the individualized help in group training sessions and bootcamp classes. I have recently been rehabbing an injury and all of my trainers have been willing to accomodate my personal needs!
Andre is great to work with! I had the pleasure being his student in Chicago for a weekly bootcamp-like class. He was always energetic, motivating each of us personally, focused on his clients and was with us each step of the way. You can tell he spent so much time putting together not only the exercises for the week, but really thought through the customer experience. As a result, Andre successfully connected to people, being a natural motivator, mentor and like a friend you've known for years. Stephen always tailors workout sessions to my needs. He takes into account the amount and type of exercise I do outside of class and seeks to supplement that work by giving attention to areas I ignore and supplying exercises designed to complement those contained in my self-directed workout routines. When I started training with Stephen, I considered myself to be reasonably fit. Now, over three years later, I am very pleased with my increased level of fitness and know that it could not have been achieved without Stephen's guidance. I also know that Stephen fully expects me to continue improving and that knowledge is a strong source of motivation for me.
Of all the trainers I have worked with; Tyler is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, conscientious and respectful trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyler comes to the table with custom tailored workout programs, smart-phone apps for creative exercise options (which I swear by), and meal plans; all of which are easy to follow and manageable for those who dont work out (like the 'old me'). Tyler and I have been working together on getting my weight under control and bringing my missing muscle tone back into my figure. I weighed 301 pounds not long ago. Now, with less than 4 months of basic training and really watching my eating, I have trimmed down to 254.3 pounds. Mic drop. (I work weekly with Tyler and have never felt better in my life. I attended Erin's baby boomer bootcamp. I loved it. I was fit in no time and felt that Erin was concerned about my safety and health while working out. She kept it interesting and diverse.

I have known Kelsie for about the past 5 years but not in the context of being my yoga teacher. All I can say is wow, she went above and beyond the call of the yoga teacher who tells and explains poses and maybe says an inspirational quote. She did all of this, and more, creating a warm, loving environment in class and really saw each and every one of us. Kelsie has grown in to an amazing yoga instructor, I am so proud. I know Adam would be too.
