Shavon at Quality Homes has been managing my properties for almost 2 years now and I am very satisfied with this company. They always have great response time and amazing at solving any problems we occur pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them. The only reason I put 4 stars is because things did get a little slow around the time she was giving birth to her baby , but that’s obviously understandable. Only lasted for a month , then she had everything back on track.
My property manager showed up for an eviction hearing after being notified by the attorney handling the case. Unfortunately the tenant lied about paying back rents owed and now the eviction process is starting all over having to let this tenant stay in my property without paying rent and probably no way of collecting back rents owed
