Latest Review: Mr. Eric Sean helped me create a meal plan to assist me with losing up to 50 pounds. He also creates exercise sessions that are different and unpredictable therefore I am not bored with my training sessions. He is very encouraging and positive. I appreciate his words of motivation, calm mannerism and challenges. I believe he internally gets a feel of what you are capable of doing and pushes you to that level. He also assesses how you physically feel the day or so after your session,to make changes to your routine if necessary. I am not a trainer, but I am athletic and I feel as if he is providing me with the fitness training needed for me!!!! Thank you Mr. Sean!!! "Rojeana"

Latest Review: The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. I was impressed that he does not only train you physically, to your unique strengths and weaknesses, but for your nutrtion and mental well being also. Latest Review: When I came to Evolution Performance, I was a mess and didn't know where to begin. I was dealing with back and knee pain, exercise intolerance due to inactivity from past injuries and excess weight. I felt trapped in an endless cycle that only contributed to my declining health. It took work and commitment, but it's a journey I have not had to take alone. I've lost 20 lbs, put on lean muscle and definition, and developed a stronger core that has allowed me to expand my range of activities far beyond what I thought was possible. I am more aware of my nutrition now and the huge role it plays in supporting my training and contributing to a more energetic, healthy lifestyle. Lauren's positive, upbeat personality is infectious, and she carries that into every one of our training sessions and beyond. Latest Review: I have previously worked with Austin in the past and I have to say that he is one of the most thouroigh trainers I have ever met. He really takes the time to understand his clients goals and really map out a structure plan for them. Austin is very knowledge and that is shown through his previous and current clients results as well as his self results . Working with him and knowing him for over 4 years I have to say this guy adds a lot of value to the table when it comes to training.

Latest Review: Mr. Meyer teaches Physical Education 2000-Wellness-Focus Fitness at Macomb Community College. I am very impressed with him as a professor and with his class as a whole. He is extremely knowledgeable in exercise sciences, wellness as well as all other areas of general health. Ken Meyer has truly gone above and beyond to motivate, educate and inspire his students. He has been an inspiration to me and all other classmates as he has taught and modeled for us how to live healthier and overall better lives. He maintains a positive attitude, possesses solid work ethic and encourages his students to do the same. He is pleasant, reliable, well-rounded and always willing to answer any questions in a timely manner. His quality of teaching has by far exceeded my expectations. He sets the standards high for all other professors at Macomb Community College. I can honestly not say enough positive things about Mr. Meyer as he has been a complete pleasure to work with and an outstanding professor.

Latest Review: I had my first training session and it was good. I haven't worked out in a while and Rasheda listened to my concerns especially with my bum shoulder. She gave me some stretching techniques to use and we were able to continue. Even thought I was sore the next day, it was a good sore and I look forward to continuing to train.

Latest Review: Jason Berner at his fitness studio, POWERSPORT Fitness, has been a life-saver for me. For over two years, I have suffered from various injuries and chronic pain. After seeing Jason for about 8 months, my injuries and chronic pain have subsided. I feel so much stronger and happier and, in a few weeks, will return to the tennis courts. Jason is very knowledgable and very attentive when you are using the Pilates reformer. He watches closely for proper positioning and form. He is responsive to your feedback regarding the appropriate tension of the springs. He uses his fitness machines and fitness “toys” in fun and creative ways. There is a good combination of endurance, strength training and stretching for a total body workout. He always has your best interest at heart. There are no hidden agendas. I am very happy that I have him in my “physical wellness” arsenal to help keep me happy, healthy and strong.
