Working out with John Drumm as my personal trainer was a great experience. John really cared about me and making sure I was getting in a good workout. The facility is a great one, everything that you need for a good workout is there. The results were excellent, after working out at Fairways to Health as a Junior in high school I dropped 8 seconds in my 50 freestyle, and the results also helped me in my other sports. Immaculate conditioning has transformed me from someone who only does cardio to someone who enjoys the weight room. Andy is great! I have been looking for a new solution on working out because I do not have the time with my work schedule to make it into a gym. This allows me to schedule it into my life and plan around it, plus when you know someone is coming to your home you have no excuses. If you are looking for a different solution to get yourself moving, this could be it. He is very nice, super professional, and not judgmental at all. Unlike a gym you don't need to worry about whether you have the cutest workout "outfit" or the "is everyone watching me" weirdness that goes on in a gym. He shows up, you work out, get to know one another, laugh at some of the awkward things you may be doing for the first time, and it is a lot of fun. I also love how Andy knows what he is talking about and explains why you are doing certain exercises. He actually has a degree in this which means he isn't some stereotypical 'meat head' who thinks he can train you and you end up injured. If you have the money this is well worth it; everyone can stand improve their health and you can't really put a price on that.
I've had an amazing experience with Heidi at Live Fit! She takes the time to listen to your personal fitness goals (in and out of the gym) and create a routine that allows you to be most successful. Heidi not only takes the time to create work out routines ahead of time that help keep me on track, but also works to teach me the proper way to attack a workout which will help me continue to improve my health and fitness. Every time I'm at the gym, I have a positive experience with the entire training staff! I would recommend Live fit and Heidi to anyone at any fitness level. Kimberly is an amazing person and a true blessing! I met her about 6 months ago for massage due to a back injury. She was the 1st professional that I came upon that truly took the time to try to understand the root of the back pain. She truly wanted to help and ease my discomfort. She is currently working very deep on me to break up all the knots in my poor body. I am feeling better, which proves that she knows what she's talking about. During this time, we have gotten to know each other, although I felt an instant connection the first time we met. This has led to some life coaching work with her to heal not only my body, but my heart and soul as well. I have referred Kimberly to friends and family and will continue doing so! She's a gem!
Working with Zach was an absolute pleasure. He is fantastic at what he does, and is incredibly knowledgeable. Zach is able to motivate people like no other trainer around. He doesnt care about the business/financial side of the personal training industry....he just cares about your results. Zach went out of his way to help me reach my goals of becoming a police officer, often meeting up with me on his days off. He helped me reach a level of fitness, that exceeded my expectations.
