Introduction: The number one key to getting fit and/or making a health change is changing our habits. It's incredibly hard to change habits that are 10, 20 or even 40+ years old! Many health coaches or health programs have a "just do it" attitude but that will not stick unless you change the underlying habits driving your choices. I am unique in that I help clients wade through all the health information to make meaningful changes that last! My clients! I love, love working with them to uncover solutions to challenges and, even more, celebrating their successes with them!
