Chris is an amazing teacher and person. He is very patient and kind, but is also very experienced and wants you to succeed. I really appreciate how seriously he takes all aspects of his teachings, if you're going to take the time to do it he ensures you do it right and even beyond that he makes sure you understand it from multiple points. Plus he makes it enjoyable.Aug 5, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is done by a per session bases. If the client is consistant with their workouts then they can pay monhtly. (Cost per session would be less).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have an initial meeting with customer inorder to find out if they have any more questions and to see if they are comfortable with me. During that time, I will do a standard physical assessment, discuss any current injuries, and begin a small workout. After 3 workouts, I can determin their general ability and conditioning. Then I can create a routine specific for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Re-certification avery 2 year. CPR every year.
