This review is a bit overdue, but the appointment went smoothly and we were very pleased with the results. The carpets, even weeks later, still look fantastic and they only took a few hours to dry. We'll definitely be using this service again in the future!

Excellent work and completed as promised. Recently had Stanley Steemer in on same carpet but was SO glad we tried Waters instead. Price was good service was great I would highly recommend and will plan to use again next time!
