- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every business is unique, a consultation will be required to determine your business's monthly price. All prices are estimates - a consultation will be required to determine your company's monthly price. *All bookkeeping packages are on a month-to-month contract and cancelable with a 30 day notice. All pricing will be re-evaluated every 6 months to ensure a fair price is still being charged. *Any One-Time projects will be billed weekly at a rate of $65/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will FaceTime or Skype with a new customer to determine the type and frequency of services. We will then require read-only access to your business's accounting software and bank accounts. We will make an assessment and issue a proposal. Once the proposal has been accepted, we will send over the accounting contract and first month's invoice. Work commences upon payment of the invoice. All further payments will be made on the 10th of each month via automatic withdrawal.

I have a B.S. in Accounting along with a diverse work history in the field.
