I started training with Matt about two moths ago and have really enjoyed the workouts. He explains each exercise and what muscles it impacts so that you can feel knowledgable about how each one will impact your body. He has a great energy and makes working out fun! I can already see significant improvements in the way my clothes fit and increased energy levels. I would highly recommend!
I began training with Troy about 6 months ago and cannot begin to express how satisfied I am. I've been an athlete my entire life, but took some time off. I needed some motivation to get back into things...and Troy was it! He does a great job of working you up to different levels and pushes you to get to the next levels in the healthiest manner. It wasn't about losing weight for me- more about getting healthy and back in shape. He's helped me improve my posture and definitely get stronger (and I have lost some weight!) I would recommend Troy and the Ultimate U staff to anyone. I have never been a fan of the big chain gym. The small atmosphere and friendly people are what make the place in my opinion.
I love bootcamp! Nancy makes the class fun, yet challenging. I always leave the class feeling great about myself. Plus, I have seen a big change in my fitness level since I started!

I've known Sarah for a while and kept debating having her train me but put it off until the beginning of this summer and I wish I didn't wait so long! She is knowledgable and extremely dedicated to each one of her clients. She wants to make sure everyone is successful and is available for questions whenever. I have seen notable progress in myself even in the short time she's been training me. One example being my mile time getting cut by 2 minutes. I had been bouldering (rock climbing no ropes) for a few months before I asked Sarah to train me and started progressing faster there as well once I started with Sarah! She is always positive and upbeat and makes this fun. I can't say enough great things about her!

My journey with Nate began over a year and a half ago. I came to him overweight and not surprisingly really out of shape. I remember the first day training with him and the utter soreness I felt for a week after. At that point, most people would have walked away, their goal unrealized. Having Nate there pushing me to be better and encouraging me to continue the journey even when I didn't want to has brought me over 80 lbs slimmer and 10 times more conditioned. He rotates the workouts in a way that ensures they never become boring or routine. He personalizes each session to each specific clients needs, whether they are to lose weight, tone the muscle they already have or build muscle. Although every day were training I tell him how much I hate him, he has become a friend and confidant and I know I would not be where I am today without his support and guidance. I have not yet reached my end goal but I know that with his help, I will someday get there - and so can you!
I have been attending Aaron's Bootcamp Class- Great Workout, always changing it up, Great comminication explaining each exercise and what muscle group were working.
I cant say that I felt very comfortable working out at the gym. In fact, like many people, I felt completely out of place. Having Chris to guide me through the process put me completely at ease. With every session, Chris would give me new diet ideas and exercises that kept me in engaged and progressing towards my fitness/health goals; boosting my self confidence every step of the way! In the past 14 months, with Chris guidance, I have dropped from a size 14 to a size 2. My overall health has improved to the extent that I could stop taking several of my prescription medications. I can truly say that Chris has changed my life and I am sure he could do the same for you!

He is an ISSA certified, a competitive and natural bodybuilder and men's fitness competitor.
