Her compassion is what makes her an outstanding yoga instructor and why I have scheduled my life around her Tuesday class for the last 4+ yrs. She guides the class according to what we may need that day whether it be a workout that will leave us sore for days or bringing our stress to our mats and focusing on breathing and letting it go. She's helped build a community out of a class where we support each other and grow in our practice together. The only thing that could improve is us finding a way to have class 7 days a week.
