The most important thing first-Jennifer and the 2 girls that work for her did a outstanding job of cleaning my home. I hired Jennifer to do a one time deep clean and a deep clean is exactly what I got. The bathroom was scrubbed spotless, the kitchen cabinets all scrubbed and shined. All the woodwork throughout my house was cleaned and polished. The floors were cleaned on their hands and knees-they even broke out the toothbrushes for hard to get cracks! I've had several house cleaners over the years and this was the best job by far. I received 3 quotes from Thumbtack for this job. Jennifer's was the highest of the 3 but I hired her because of the excellent reviews she had received. And I don't regret it. And after I saw the results in my house, my 1 time clean turned into having her come back once a month! Besides doing a great job, Jennifer and the girls are nice people! Easy to talk to-comfortable to be around. And it's obvious they take great pride in their work.

cleaned everything in my house that I had asked them to very well except they forgot the refrigerator which since they did such a good job on everything else I did not mention it to them. Will use them in future.

We have always priced out jobs according to the work needing to be done to get your home back to its best.....We work efficiently so we do not charge by the hour. The work we will perform on your home will be worth every penny we charge and we say that with total confidence in our work ethics.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having them show us their home and listening to what they are saying about their needs or expectations. Scheduling the job that needs to be done. Then completing the job to receive the "WOW" response from them after it is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a stay at home mother for 20years and homeschooled my children for 9years.
