You can really tell Jackie has a true love for Yoga. Being a beginner I was nervous as usual. Jackie made me feel so comfortable in class and was so helpful especially with the yoga lingo I didn't know. By the end of class I am completely relaxed and my mind is at rest. I have taken random classes and never stuck to going. She's the first teacher I've had that made me want to come back time and time again. She's an outstanding teacher and I really enjoy every class of hers.
The Chakra/Energy Therapy was quite interesting. I learned so much from my very 1st session & am excited to move deeper into my next session. Our mind, our body & emotions are intricately integrated.

I have worked with Kim for over 3 years. I started working with her after I had 2 back surgeries for a herniated disc. I had very little strength after the 2 surgeries and needed something that would strengthen my core to support my back. Kim is very intuitive and knows how far you can go to make gains without hurting you. Kim has helped me so much, I am better than I ever thought I could be after my injuries.
