When I met Dav in April 2017, I was barely working out. He was instrumental in jumpstarting my fitness journey and I continue to look to him as an inspiration. Whether I was working out in one of Dav's classes or in a personal session with him, he always kept the workouts fun and productive. My sessions with him were always different and challenging; he taught me a variety of calisthenics, weight lifting, and even some boxing. I quickly saw results with Dav; I lost the weight I was working so hard to get rid of and gained toned muscles all over. Along with his passion for fitness and helping people, I have to say that he is just a great guy to be around. I highly recommend Immaculate Conditioning.

I've been training with Jason for 2 years. I came to him having gained 10 lbs in my new job and I needed help badly. I have since lost the 10 lbs and a bit more, lost 10% body fat and added muscle. I am back to my natural body weight. I work out 3 days a week with Jason and add 2-3 days per week more of cardio. The great thing is that as I have gotten older and more prone to aches and pains, Jason has designed routines that get results but that don't injure me. The gym is small, quiet and comfortable. The attention is personal. I have highly recommended Rev Fitness and Therapy to several of my friends and co-workers and they love it too.
I've been working with Jessica for several weeks now. At first I was hesitant since we had not met live (she lives in Cleveland and I live in Columbus), but she has been amazing. She responds to me quickly and creates meal plans specifically for me. A lot of meal plans seem generic, but I can tell that the plans she makes for me are made for my schedule, tastes, and needs. I communicate with her almost daily and she asks lots of questions to make sure everything is going as planned. When I don't feel well, she readjusts my plan to better suit my body. You can tell how much she cares and how knowledgable she is about health and fitness. She even helps me with what I should eat when I have to eat out. And she never seems bothered by my constant questions. I feel like I am in good hands and trust her. And she is effective...I have already lost weight.
Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.

My son fractured his spine 5 years ago and was unable to do anything for 8 weeks. We went to a sports trainer who worked with him and shortly after returning to activity, he had a relapse and was unable to do anything for 12 weeks. Being an avid athlete he became discouraged and out of shape very quickly. I took him to Jeffrey and in 6 weeks my son was completely in shape and out on the field again and has never had an issue since. Jeffrey taught him what to do to stay healthy physically following a serious injury and how to maintain that health. I am forever grateful to Jeffrey for what he did for my son physically and mentally. Jeffrey also helped me to understand how to achieve a healthy lifestyle for myslef and what is needed to maintain that lifestyle. His knowledge and professionalism is far above anyone else I've encountered. He spends time to create an individual plan that will work for you. I get very intimidated working out in gyms with all the people and the machines that I have no clue how to use; there is none of that at FT. I am in my own room working one on one with a personal trainer. I've never been really good with the strength training piece of my workouts which is what we focus on in my sessions. It's all work with free weights and my own body weight which is what I need most, I am the strongest that I've ever been thanks to FT.

Glenn is the best! He always creates new workouts and he never dials it in like many other trainers do. He stays current on trends and techniques, so his knowledge continually expands. He's genuinely interested in his clients' progress and he continually challenges you. His background in physical therapy and massage also enable him to address any physical challenges or setbacks clients experience. I have been with Glenn for more than 5 years and I have never experienced an injury. Form, technique and safety are at the forefront of Glenn's approach. As the owner of his own gym, he has carefully filled it with the best range of equipment, including things you won't find anywhere else. I have been training with Joel for about 6 months now. He has helped me to improve my MMA and self-defensive techniques. He is working with me on my striking, kicking, boxing, and takedowns. I am impressed with his enthusiastic passion for the sport and martial arts, and his willingness to work at the pace that I need and his patience with giving me the extra time when needed. Joel is always on time and is very flexible with scheduling the days and times that do not interfere with my school and work schedule. The quality of Joel's teaching, techniques, and professionalism is very good. Overall, my experience is positive and there is nothing that I would recommend he changes.
I've been training with Mr. Doyle for about 11 months now. I am 60 years old and I'm looking to tone up, lose a few pounds and to build more muscle. Mr. Doyle works with me a couple days a week at his studio, Doyle's American Karate Academies. We do boxing, aerobics, and weight training. He explains how to get the most from each move, why it works and how it will build muscle. Mr. Doyle is always on time and definitely goes above and above to get me in shape. You can't ask for a more patient and experienced Personal Trainer. I recommend Mr. Doyle to anyone looking to get in shape.

I have been working with Aaron at FitWorks in Rocky River, seeing him twice weekly for seven months. I am a post surgery, post chemo, cancer cured patient and therefore have special goals. I did not think I would get my strength and endurance back to any reasonable level ever again. Aaron is pretty amazing and what he has achieved for me is nothing short of miraculous. Although I box regularly, I began working with Laura in May of 2017 to increase my strength training. I realized after observing non-atttentive trainers that I was getting better individualized attention with Laura. I like that she has strong communication skills. She demonstrates proper technique and ensures that I’m doing things correctly. Laura is committed to my sessions by being prepared and not just going through the motions with me. If I pose a question that is out of her scope, Laura researches and finds the answer for me through her network. Since May, my eating habits, self confidence and muscle strength have all improved. I’m proud of the fact that at my age, I’m pushing/pulling sleds, lifting more weight than I thought possible, and getting through high intensity interval training portions of the workout. Boxing is a total body workout. While getting in shape, you will learn how to defend yourself. You will have a better understanding why/how pro boxers can do and go all those rounds. This is great for cardio, body tuning and strength. You will learn how to hit (in the gym) a speed bag, heavy bag, double-end bag, etc.
When you work out at Title Boxing Club Westlake, you see results after each session. Our members keep coming back to our boxing and kickboxing classes because they feel more confident, burn calories and lose weight.
