He co-authored the House Cleaning Technician's Manual which is used to teach the certification course for our industry. He is also co-owner of Cleaning Business Today which is a trade publication for professional cleaners. Derek has developed a one month long training program to ensure our technicians are all expertly trained including an 88 question written test on the science of cleaning.
