My name is Courtney and over the past 4 years I have worked hard to do a complete 180 change of my own life. 4 years ago I reached my all time heaviest weight and decided enough was enough. Past me was almost 200 pounds and wasn’t confident in myself. Now present day, I worked hard to get the weight off and keep it off. I gained so much confidence in myself and began getting out of my comfort zone and competing in bodybuilding competitions.
