I'm doing the one-on-one personal training. Virgil is very motivated and knowledgeable. The exercises are fun and challenging. He understands what my goals are and the exercises are targeting those areas. Nice and clean facility. I would recommend Virgil to anyone who wants to get in shape and get toned up.
This is my 2nd week training with Eric and he is great motivator and helps you achieve your goals, there has not been one time that I've left without having a great workout!

I have been training with Aaron since June, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Aaron takes a "total body" approach, and each week my programs are challenging and varied in focus, so I'm never bored. Aaron knows how to push me, both physically and mentally, so I can push through mental blocks and achieve results. He is always looking for ways to improve my workouts, and attends clinics and training sessions both inside and outside of Ohio in order to make my experience better. He also creates home workout programs for me to complete for when we can't meet for a session, so I can have a plan to follow. I've made major gains in my physical strength, and am consistently meeting goals that we have set for my training program. I highly recommend Aaron as a trainer to anyone who is looking to make a change in their health, and who is ready to see results!
The most important difference I really appreciated about Kimberly's approach to personal training was the extensive initial personal assessment. I never experienced this important step with previous trainers over the years. She also took note of my strong interest in diet and nutrition and offered a number of valuable suggestions not the least of which was the "Forks Over Knives Plan". As a senior with certain "wear and tear" issues, I anticipated limited progress. I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement in muscle tone, strength gains and conversion from fat to muscle resulting from Kimberly's customized regimen. The fact that I find Kimberly to be a beautiful person, both inside and out, is the icing on the cake. I have personally recommended Kimberly to many of my friends and associates who would benefit from her special approach to overall fitness and the resulting longevity potential.
Eric has been great to work with. I've been training with him since the spring and have been able to tell quite a difference in my strength, endurance and of course my weight. I would highly recommend him!
Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!
Tyson is an excellent trainer – he takes the time to understand your fitness goals and tailors every training session to uniquely fit your needs and abilities. By varying the workouts, and taking the time to get to know his clients and what motivates them, he actually makes it fun and the time flies by! It’s clear to see why so many of his clients have successfully reached their fitness goals – I highly recommend working with him!

Mike is the best trainer in the Dayton and surrounding area. He has helped me and continues to help me reach all of my fitness goals. He has perfected my form in all of my lifts, pushed me when I needed it and helped me to get great conditioning. In the past I had struggled to find a coach that would actually care what I wanted and would go through my sessions so that I would pay them. With Mike, he is fully attentive and motivational. There are not enough positive things I can say about him, and if you have the opportunity to have him train you do not miss out.. he is the best!

Gentry has been training me since August 2016. She is the most positive, upbeat, motivating person I have ever met and I have truly forgotten the feeling of dreading going to the gym, and reversely look forward to every day I train with her; in fact, more often than not it is the highlight of my day. I started going to her to add upper body strength to my noodle arms and also to get a Kardashian booty, because what girl doesn't want that. I was pleasantly surprised at how working out with Gentry 3-4 times a week produced real results so quickly! Gentry's workouts are unique and challenging every week and the sessions fly by. My self esteem, mood and general health has skyrocketed since coming to her. I love telling family and friends about her because training with her is truly one of the best investments I have ever made! :)
Mat was hands down the most thorough and educational personal trainer I have ever had! He made sure step by step I knew exactly what was going on, how to perfect my workouts, and always made sure I had a great time. He is such a friendly and caring personal trainer I would recommend him to anyone! I had a knee injury from sports that I played in high school and just training with him for a few months I can lift more weight than I ever have before! If you are looking for a very educational, personable, and all around great personal training then Mathew Blum is your guy! Won’t train with anyone else!

I have been training with Miranda at Focus Fitness for the past year. I know that I would never have achieved my first goal without Miranda's personal attention given in my training sessions, meal planning and accountability she held me to. She is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. I would recommend Miranda Hoffman in a heartbeat because she truly cares about her clients!! Mike is a great trainer! I have been training with him for over 6 months and plan to continue training with him! He has taught and shown me how to build my metabolism and how I can still enjoy some foods I love and not gain weight. I have also gotten a lot stronger and do not have nearly as much pain in my lower back as I used to. I have learned so much about exercise while with him!
