I was unable to get on the Internet so I knew something was wrong. Eric Strait was very polite, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. I dropped my computer off and as promised he got rid of the virus and my computer runs like it did when I first bought it. I certainly expected the virus to be removed but I did not think it was possible for Eric to get my computer to run faster. If you are having computer problems, I advise you call this gentleman and have him fix your computer.
