I've had chronic back pain for over 10 years. I've had surgeries and have seen doctors and specialists all over the country. A few months ago, I decided to try out a personal trainer. I randomly came across Bethany's account on thumbtack. When I met with her I knew I was in good hands. I have had plenty of physical therapists over the years. None of them come close to Bethany's care and attention she gives her clients. She is by far the most knowledgable, caring and committed trainer there is. She works with you and takes a sincere interest in helping you achieve your goals. I've been seeing Bethany for almost 3 months and I can't believe the positive nature she brings to each and every session. She truly wants to to help people achieve their goals. I would recommend anyone to go to her. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, gain flexibility, try yoga or just feel better about who they are, Bethany is the one to go to.

Daniel has been my Reiki Master for only a short period of time, but in my few sessions I’ve reached an element of calm and self care that I hadn’t had before. A feeling of being centered and balanced are my take aways, and I’m looking forward to exploring reflexology and yoga in the near future. Daniel’s love for his craft really shines through and I think he’s a wonderful addition to anyone seeking self care and improvement.

Abby excels greatly as a Yoga Instructor. She works in a way that enables people at diverse levels of experience to benefit from the practice. I had not practiced yoga in over 5 years before joining Abby's weekly sessions; both she and I recognize how my practice grows stronger with each week. Abby also provides an extremely comfortable environment and can successfully execute classes with large groups of people, as well as more intimate sessions with just a few people. Her readings at the beginning of each class, as well as the music selections, encourage us to feel inspired as we enter each session. I learned with Abby to also dedicate my practice to something or someone, which brings new meaning my experience with yoga.

    Trisha is amazing! She is extremely passionate about what she does and puts you in a moment of zen that you'll think about all day! She is supportive, knowledgable, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable! I'm certainly a beginner when it comes to Yoga and there are certain parts that are very difficult for me but Trisha walks me through them personally. When I finish, I feel motivated, excited, proud of myself and ready to come back to it! Good job Trish! Keep up the good work!
