As a professional dancer I am always a bit leary of taking Mass movement classes of any kind. I was lucky enough to take yoga classes with Mark Staley when he was teaching in the studio in Shadyside. He is a warm, generous teacher - clearly creating a professional but yet open environment that was supportive for the very diverse level of Yoga Practitioners that were in the class. Providing clear direction and inspiration as well as group and individual comments. His sense of concern, passion, and physical understanding was evident from the very beginning through to the end of each class.

I am not a licensed yoga practitioner but have been practicing yoga/hot yoga all my life (since high school and I'm almost 50 years old now).
