"Jason has not only shared his kettlebell expertise with me, he has also done a bunch of DCT and resistance stretching. As a 24 year veteran of Special Operations, I have truly beat myself up over the years. I still like to be very active and don't think I could be without the methods that Jason is using. A major back surgery set me back 7 years ago and I am very careful who I trust when it comes to my physical health. Jason is a true practitioner. He has given me the mobility to not only get back to working out normally, but also have a better quality of life."

"Insurance is accepted in WV and discounts in P and WV. Specializing in pain management, I first address the fascia (fascia - a network of woven thread - covers everything including organs, muscles bones and nerves) restrictions that cause adhesions, edema and spasms. When we unbind the fascia, your tightness is relieved and tension relaxed. Second is scar tissue formation that may have developed, causing it to interfere with the muscles' ability to broaden as it contracts, increasing pain and more restriction. Once scar tissue formation is broken up to the injured site, it is then able to heal correctly, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Third is trigger points (a hyperirritable spot that, when applied with compression, elicits a painful response and sometimes referred pain to site of origin). When compressed, we can get the trigger point to release, then releasing you of the pain that it is causing. Also, some other modalities I do are pregnancy, manual lymph drainage, Swedish, hot stone, and chair. Depending on what you are looking for, there is a modality that can treat whatever your ailment is. Hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evenings and Saturdays available. "
