Hired this company 1st of April 2017. Was told they would start project in 2-3 weeks. One excuse after another why they hadn't started job. Mainly blamed in on weather. Last week I received an email asking if I still wanted them to come. I answered yes and what was the ETA. They answered Thursday June 14. Today June 13 I receive an email stating since they hadn't heard from me they scheduled another job. Adam is rude and tries to blame the customer. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Addendum. Adam you didn't offer another day after you scheduled another job. You didn't pick up the phone or send an email to update me on anything unless I contacted you first! You want to blame the customer because you have no follow thru. Everyone who has complained on here you blame them for your poor communication. And no not every landscaper is behind 10 weeks because of the weather. Just more excuses from you and trying to shift the blame.
