Ed was great & really knows his stuff! He fixed my computer in no time & he even installed a few design programs that he knew would help me in getting my business started AND he included them in the previous set price! The best customer service I've ever experienced with a computer repair issue. Ed provided a quick & honest diagnosis of the problem when he could have easily told me it was something more complex & costly. He made sure I had all the documents I needed while inward awaiting shipment of a new power adapter, When I left, he noticed right away that I forgot my mouse, let me know & mailed it the next day -- free of charge. You can't ask for better service than that. I will highly recommend Ed Wargo to anyone who needs honest, reasonable & professional computer or iPad or smartphone repair or service.
