- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are trained and tested on the following cleaning methods: 1) Green cleaning 2) color-coded microfiber cloth and mop pad systems to clean, disinfect and prevent cross contamination of germs 3) methods to kill and remove germs from high touch points like telephones, computer keyboards, doorknobs drinking fountains and other germ hot spots 4) use of EPA approved Hospital-Grade disinfectants - EPA, OSHA and the National Safety Council Bloodborne Pathogen Program cleaning techniques 5) Window cleaning
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We wish our customers knew that cleaning is more than sweeping and mopping. Professional cleaners must determine the right type of cleaning product for specialty flooring, fixtures and other surfaces. We must use the correct cleaning methods to remove allergens from the environment. We also use a great deal of judgment to thoroughly clean but not scratch or damage surfaces. We research cleaning product chemistry to ensure we don't harm our customers or the environment.
