We recently hired "Cord and Knife Provisions" for a 12 person dinner and all attendees raved at the menu, food selection, quality, and taste! We provided the chef a "theme" and he created the menu and it was amazing. They were easy to work with, responding to emails and texts immediately and showed up at the time they said, equipped and ready! Great experience and good value. Will hire them again and recommend them for small and large parties!

I had Chef Joseph come to my parents house to give them cooking lessons for their anniversary (and was able to join :) ). What an an unforgettable gift and experience! Joseph is an incredibly talented chef and graciously taught us those top level culinary skills in our own home. We ate delicious food, drank wine, and learned skills that each of us carry into our own cooking every day. If you are looking for an experiential gift for those in your life that love great food and a great time, look no further. Joseph is the best of the best!

Cork and Knife Provisions: I hosted a socially distanced Thanksgiving dinner at my home this year (2020) and this was my first time having anything personally catered. Wow, all I can say is “amazing.” Thank you for this wonderful meal, it was the talk of the night. And especially from my vegans, they were pleased beyond imagination. The freshness, elegance and bursting colors within the variety of foods and veggies made each dish a picture perfect meal. The person who delivered to my home was spot-on with timing, professional and cordial, set all the food up appropriately and respectfully. I achieved everything that I was hoping for, a relaxed but fun atmosphere and plenty of delicious food – GREAT!
