Retail Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction and development of management staff to ensure achievement of store financial and people goals
Full P&L accountability of a multi-million dollar business including ownership of sales performance, operational efficiency and process management
Analyze store's performance indicators against goals and develops business plans to improve underachieving areas
Lead a team of over 100 associates and create a culture where everyone is invited to contribute their unique ideas and collaborate to grow the business
Ensure all employees receive training and development that enhances their overall experience and supports their career aspirations
Create an environment that allows us to differentiate the customer experience from our competitors and build brand loyalty

Develop partnerships with local community organizations that enable the employees and the business to build trust and authentic relationships
As a change agent, works closely with district staff by implementing new programs and initiatives in a store level
