I was having trouble setting up my Alexa, so I downloaded this app and I am so thankful I did. Joe was so friendly and helpful. Not only did he set up my Alexa, he showed me how to use it and how he can even turn my lights on and off in the house! He was so friendly and answered any questions I had. Thank you so much, Joe! I will be going I him for anything else I might need and y’all should too!
