FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, an initial consultation/session takes a little longer but you only pay the session fee of $75. This is because I need to get to know you and your concerns/challenges before any progress can be made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly, after receiving the customers information, I pray/meditate on the request. After I am confident I can fulfill my clients needs I reach out to them using their preferred contact method. This introductory call also serves to schedule the first session. A new client's initial consultation and session may take up to two hours, but subsequent sessions are usually 50 minutes leaving a buffer in case we go slightly over on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduating from Hamilton Township High school in 1999, I went on to serve active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Attend multiple colleges and universities including The San Diego State University, University of Pheonix, Franklin University, and Columbus State. I have been certified in conflict resolution, veteran counseling, life planning, home organization, financial counseling, and am ordained and licensed in the state of Ohio. I am also a professional member of the International Coaching Federation.
