FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to review the scope of a project before quoting it. It's mutually beneficial and it ensures everyone involves is clear on what is expected, what will be delivered, the project timeline, and the fee. My policy is 50% up front to begin the project with the balance due upon completion. I accept Venmo and PayPal as well as credit cards—your choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the scope of the project, of course, but learning their overarching ambitions is key. I do a lot of listening, asking questions that give me insight into the client's wants, needs, preferences, and dislikes. After our initial conversation, I will summarize the conversation and provide that to the client to ensure we are on the same page with deliverables and expectations. Then, it's off to the races!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of design experience in positions ranging from a production assistant to the executive director of a design studio employing 8 people. As for marketing, I have 10 years of experience leading Inc5000 marketing teams with tech-forward solutions and a deep understanding of brand development. Everything from automated marketing campaigns to brand guidelines and explainer videos. In addition to these skills, I received my MBA in 2013.
