- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge any consulting or advising fees to our clients. We are paid by the financial companies whose products and services we use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have initial meeting with my potential client to discuss their needs and goals. From that meeting, I provide a customized and complimentary Financial Needs Analysis which serves as a plan for developing a strategy for each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to attend annual compliance training from our company, as well as, a certain number of hours of continuing education to keep both our insurance and investment licenses.
