He holds you accountable for your diet and he pushes you in your workout. With the guidance that is given during the workouts and the individual meal plans he creates for you weekly, he is the perfect trainer for anyone at any fitness level who is serious about positive changes. 2 thumbs up!

Devaughn is an amazing trainer! He finds the balance between meeting you at your current fitness level and pushing you to your limit. He doesn't take himself too seriously so I always have fun and a few laughs when we train. I saw instant results when I first started training with him. My stomach was tighter and I had more confidence. If you want to melt fat and build muscle, you need to go see him!
COVAL Fitness is awesome, plain and simple! Wanting to get back into shape and stay motivated, I was looking for a gym or workout environment that would keep me motivated, and I can definitely say that I found that - and much more - at COVAL fitness. Mike and the rest of the team at the gym helped me build a workout plan that would be tailored exactly to my goals, taking into consideration my schedule, my weak spots, and my needs. The workout environment at COVAL is professional (the trainers work with you, making sure your technique is on point, that you're pushing yourself) but also extremely relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Coming to Coval, my main goal was to improve my body composition. But I can honestly say that I gained much more than that - working out at coval keeps me motivated, helps me improve on my technique and allows me to focus on areas and aspects of strength training I wouldn't really prioritize (or, let's be honest, know how to improve on) in a regular gym setting (such as balance, core work, coordination, lower body strength, appropriate stretching and correct warm-up techniques). As I said in the begining; awsome! Plain and simple!
Gus is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable personal trainer. I was a complete beginner in the gym and he was super patient with me and ensured we worked at a pace that was comfortable for me, but still ensuring we make progress. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable and he'll work with everyone on their budget. I highly reccomend hiring Gus if you are serious about getting in shape, learning about nutrition, and want to work with someone who understands what it's like to have been a beginner!
Michelle is a GREAT personal trainer! She challenges me on days I'm feeling lazy and mixes up the exercises to keep things interesting. I owe huge body changes to her- weight loss and some serious muscle! I am a better me because of her program. Worth every penny!

It Mueller Time Fitness/Mike Mueller is a great strength coach instructor. He worked with my shoulder injury so that I could still participate in classes. By attending class regularly I saw major improvement in my strength and weight loss.

Great workouts. He listens and is willing to adjust the workout to obtain optimal fitness. There were workouts I did not find effective and he tweaked the workout to make it more challenging for me and my body .
I've been working with Lindsey since September 2016 and it's been a great experience thus far! Right out of the gate, I told her what my goals were for my body and she developed custom workouts that helped me work towards those goals. Alongside that, she doesn't just simply send you the workout but she explains what each exercise focuses on and what the workout set is aiming to accomplish. That helps me because I understand the workout series a lot more. And in addition to all of that, she's completely accessible for any random (stupid) questions I have and has no problem answering them whenever I have, whether it's about the workout, supplements, anything. Christopher O'Donnell is a great trainer. Chris knows how to motivate you and to be able to push yourself to your breaking point. He breaks down the stuff that you have to do meaning your meal preps and your workout plans order for you to be able to have the best body that you can have.
Nicole is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. She is invested in each of her clients and considers their success her success. She pushes you to do your personal best while providing the motivation necessary to stay consistent. She provides mentoring/coaching not only for your fitness regimen, but customizes a "diet" plan that works best for you. I have worked with many trainers but was never completely pleased with my results until I met Nicole, with her motivation and guidance I have been able to lose weight and keep it off.
