What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate for handyman work is $130 for two hours of service and any additional time is billed at $55 per hour. I offer a full day rate of $450 Painting is estimated by the job at a rate of $400 per day, labor only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified HVAC technician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a property maintenance company for 2 years and worked industrial maintenance for 1 year. I started taking on “side work” and eventually decided to work for myself.
