We had a lovely experience with Golde Standard Catering. Nancy was extremely tentative and made our wedding planning incredibly easy, and relieved a lot of stress and worry. She always responded quickly and we felt like she had a personal investment in our wedding. The food was phenomenal and all of our guests continue to rave about it. Nancy prepared a fabulous dinner for my 48th birthday. The only thing I requested was lobster for the entree and asked her to surprise us with the rest-mentioning we loved seafood. Between appetizers, a salad and the entree she incorporated 7 different kinds of seafood! Everything was delicious and she has a wonderful, fun personality. She also left our kitchen spotless. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet personally with the prospective client and view the event site as well to ensure the food display is appropriate for the site. After the final menu is agreed upon, I then can give the final costs for services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have formal training in food service/ hospitality from a major university as well as thirty years experience in dietary, private club, fast food, and entertainment food management.
