Relationship: Client Project Date: April 2012 Project Price: $10,000-$49,999 Dan did an outstanding job on a major landscaping project at my home. He is very creative and did a great job of blending his knowledge and experience with my own vision for a backyard sanctuary. He spent lots of time on site during the planning stages so he had a good grasp of what and where our sight lines would be from our patio. He created flower beds all along our property boundaries and around the patio, including some large flower pots. At our request, he focused on simple low maintenance perennials and ornamental grasses and trees. He designed and built a wonderful pergola to screen the patio and serve as a background for our outdoor room. We were very happy with the finished result, and Dan has been available to offer advice and tweak the original design as time has passed.

Very creative, took into account style of home and location Sought our input on what we wanted and honored our request for low maintaince. He then provided the education needed on how to care for the landscaping Dan met our deadline for completion and stayed on budget He has responded to further requests and questions over the past 2 years We consider him a "friend" and look forward to having him assist us in our new home

Daniel Lee Designs listens. It is a very creative and efficient landscaping company. Daniel is extremely responsive and willing to really discuss the project. If you need to discuss and visualize a project, ask him; he is more than happy to develop a plan. He is even willing to work on the project in parts, being certain to make sure the place is not left appearing messy or unkept. Lastly, he ensures you understand all risks or potential problems BEFORE beginning work, all while offering multiple options, pricing the options accordingly.

We're at the beginning of our relationship and due to past horrible experiences, I am hoping that he will be able to earn that 5th star from me that I am now currently reticent to award at this time. Update: If you google this guy, you won't get very good reviews for him. It's a shame, too, because he has vision just not a responsible business ethic. Left my project unfinished and not cleaned up. Very disappointed.

While maintaining landscapes at an earlier age i would pay close attention to the way landscapes were designed and installed. I would envision ways that improvement could be made both from a maintenance and creative approach. I was overtaken with the desire to create beautiful landscapes.

Designing and installing an outdoor pizza oven and patio. Upon careful consideration of the placement by fitting it between large existing trees, it looked as if it had existed in that spot for many years.
