LKatie's cooking is next to none!
The way she is able to curate meals and pair each course, shows her remarkable creativity and talent. For example, at the second Zest event I attended, she paired whipped goat cheese with grilled plums topped with nuts. Or how about the pumpkin steak with hatch chili chimichurri (if I remember correctly she marinated the pumpkin steaks for ~24 hours). They were both sooo delicious!
Her Zest dinner events are a time for friends and/or family to come together, disconnect from the everyday world and enjoy curated courses. Katie is not only a great chef but also a excellent host. Her vibrant personality paired with her knowledge and passion for throwing dinner parties, is for sure to wow your friends and family. Hire her for any event or dinner party and you certainly will not regret it. She goes above and beyond for her guests and clients!!

Katie is the definition of extraordinary. All of her actions through Zest and her culinary skills are unmatched. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen Katie step up to create curated experiences for large groups of people in creative and fun ways. Working with Zest was a fabulous experience! Katie’s cooking reminds me of home, yet elevated. Her dishes are balanced, vibrant, and flavorful. She isn’t afraid to try new flavor combinations, but also loves the classics. I’d highly recommend working with Zest on any culinary endeavors!

I loved working with Katie! She is enthusiastic and has the best attitude. She checked in with me during the planning process, and made sure I approved everything. I really appreciated her attention to detail. The meal was delicious and my husband enjoyed his surprise anniversary dinner.

Katie brought the special restaurant experience in the comfort of our home during quarantine for our anniversary. She added elements of surprise and most importantly made delicious cuisine that was better than any restaurant experience. She described every course. She prepared our favorite foods with a Zest twist. She set up and when she left, the kitchen was spotless. I will be hiring Enjoy Zest again for my next celebration!
