"Having hit my weight loss goals some time ago, I found myself occupying a lean but bony body. The strength workouts I’d been putting in just had not added up the way I’d hoped; I began to think it impossible for a guy in his late 60’s to build muscle. When I met Pete, he assured me otherwise. He told me that if I follow his direction on nutrition and exercise, I most certainly can and will add lean muscle. Now, after just a couple of weeks under Pete’s guidance, I’m delighted to report that this *is* going to work! I can feel it. I can see it. Now I’m working smart. Now, my time at the gym counts for something. Now, I’m getting somewhere! I am so pleased to have this accomplished champ in my corner. Naturally, his own physique testifies to his dedication and technical knowledge, but it is Pete’s ability to teach and motivate that is, for me, transformative. Every time we meet, I come away stronger, smarter, happier. Pete makes himself available for pointers whenever questions arise. He is responsive to my needs and utterly reliable as a coach. Icing on the cake: Pete is just a great fellow to know. I recommend him unreservedly to anyone who is looking for the most direct path to fitness! "

"My workouts were very challenging, which is what I was looking for considering I was someone who already lifted weights. He made sure I had good form at all times. I also like that diet was discussed and he checks in to see if I a doing my workouts on the days I don’t train with him also."

"Of all the trainers I have worked with; Tyler is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, conscientious and respectful trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyler comes to the table with custom tailored workout programs, smart-phone apps for creative exercise options (which I swear by), and meal plans; all of which are easy to follow and manageable for those who don’t work out (like the 'old me'). Tyler and I have been working together on getting my weight under control and bringing my missing muscle tone back into my figure. I weighed 301 pounds not long ago. Now, with less than 4 months of basic training and really watching my eating, I have trimmed down to 254.3 pounds. Mic drop. (I work weekly with Tyler and have never felt better in my life. Worth every penny.) Thank you Tyler!"

"My experiences of working with Tyce have been outstanding. I have spent time with Tyce in the gym and outside of the gym and he is inspirational in both settings. I would highly recommend anyone to him for personal training whether you're a beginner or have experience in the gym. Hands down great all around guy who is very personal and professional. "

"For someone like myself, -who had never tried personal training before and had not been real interested in it-Joe made the experience fun and inviting. He spends a lot of time tailoring the routine to you (what you want to accomplish, how intense you want to be) and he also factors in extra inputs such as prior injuries, nutrition, etc. Joe was always in touch and would follow up regularly with me on my progress outside of the gym. Joe is very knowledgeable on fitness, nutrition and beyond. He was able to fit in some extra exercises that supported a specific treatment i was going through with my doctor as well. He is a great resource. I was very happy with my experience!"
