I should have written this review a lot sooner. I talked to Mark Andrew last year about doing a Baseball Highlight Video for my son but only had BCSN TV full game videos for my son's games to work with. I envisioned highlight parts of each game being clipped and put together along with stats, my son's favorite music and still keeping the sports commentator's valuable comments from the games that described his strengths. The end product was more than what I had envisioned. It was more than perfect and the price was very fair. I am positive that I would not have gotten the quality that I got from any other company. Not only was it quality, it went above and beyond. Ask him to view it if you would like to see his work.

Mark and his team were amazing from day one. When I called them he listened to my ideas and knew exactly what we wanted. He kept in contact up until the wedding and was quick to respond to many of my crazy questions, and ideas. With it being a back yard wedding and dogs involved it made for crazy day. When the day came he and his team were wonderful! They were there for all the shots I wanted, and faded into the background when needed. They were fun, personable, friendly and professional all at the same time. We were very lucky to have them do our wedding and capture all the moments. I would recommend them to any one at any time! Thanks again guys you were amazing!!!

I couldn't recommend Cool Media Productions more!! Mark and his team photographed our wedding on Put - in - Bay in May and everything was perfect. He really listed to what I wanted and my vision. They were the perfect mix of doing everything I wanted along with give their own recommendations. I can be a little type A and I was not stressed for a single second of the day. Upon getting my photos I was even more of a fan. They took SO many pictures a lot of which I didn't even realize they did, so they captured so many amazing details and amazing moments. Again they come HIGHLY recommended in my book :)

Each video project is unique, so the time and resources needed to complete a video will vary on a per-project basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to any successful video project is a client consultation. This is where we get to learn about you and the message you need to deliver. Once we have enough information to determine the resources needed to capture your content and convey your message, I'll prepare a thorough production plan, customized for you and your project. After agreeing on the best production plan and associated proposal, we'll be ready to begin the pre-production stage and start getting your project off the ground. This often includes, but is not limited to: creative concept development, script-writing / storyboarding, finalizing the the date(s) and/or location(s) for the production, arranging any necessary talent, dotting every "i" and crossing every "t" to ensure that you have a complete call sheet and everything is in line for a successful shoot!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team offers over 40 years of combined of experience with various degrees in broadcasting, communications, visual effects, and video production. We are fully licensed and Insured, including our FAA Drone Certification.
